All advertising placements booked through COOP Retail Media are delivered within predefined Ad Schedules. An Ad Schedule defines the fixed start and end dates during which your placement will run. Ad Schedules are published in advance and do not change once made available.

This page outlines the booking deadlines, material deadlines, and cancellation rules that apply to all placements.

Ad Schedules

When placing an order, you select one of the available Ad Schedules for the placement.

Each Ad Schedule:

  • Has a fixed start date
  • Has a fixed end date
  • Cannot be modified once published
  • Cannot be extended or shortened

Delivery will occur strictly within the selected Ad Schedule.

Booking Deadlines

You must complete your booking no later than [X] business days before the start date of the selected Ad Schedule, unless otherwise specified on the placement page.

If booking occurs after the applicable deadline:

  • The selected Ad Schedule may no longer be available
  • You may need to select a later Ad Schedule

Availability is subject to capacity and operational constraints.

Material Submission Deadlines

You must submit approved creative materials before the material deadline associated with the selected Ad Schedule.

Material deadlines are calculated as a defined number of business days before the start of the Ad Schedule. Deadlines vary depending on placement type.

Failure to meet material deadlines may affect delivery within the selected Ad Schedule.

Programmatic Placements

Programmatic placements are delivered automatically through digital ad-serving systems once approved materials are received.

Typical characteristics:

  • Digital formats
  • Automated activation
  • Shorter lead times

Material deadline example: [2–3] business days before the start of the Ad Schedule.

If materials are submitted late, delivery may begin later within the selected Ad Schedule. The Ad Schedule itself will not change.

Manually Handled Placements

Manually handled placements require operational setup by COOP Retail Media.

These may include:

  • Homepage takeovers
  • Email placements
  • In-store screens
  • Printed materials
  • Special promotional features

These placements require longer preparation time and coordination.

Material deadline example: [5–15] business days before the start of the Ad Schedule, depending on format.

Late submission may result in:

  • Reduced delivery within the selected Ad Schedule
  • Postponement to a later Ad Schedule
  • Cancellation

Changes After Booking

Once an Ad Schedule has been booked, changes are not guaranteed.

Any requested changes:

  • Are subject to availability
  • May require selection of a new Ad Schedule
  • May result in adjusted delivery duration

Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on timing:

  • Before the booking deadline: cancellation may be permitted.
  • After the booking deadline: cancellation may not be permitted.
  • After material deadlines: cancellation may not be permitted.

Where cancellation is accepted, any financial adjustments will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms.

Your Responsibility

When booking through COOP Retail Media, you are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct Ad Schedule
  • Completing your booking before the applicable deadline
  • Submitting compliant materials on time

Full delivery within the selected Ad Schedule cannot be guaranteed if deadlines are not met.
