2. Eligibility

3. Placements & Ad Schedules

All placements are delivered within predefined Ad Schedules.

An Ad Schedule:

  • Has fixed start and end dates

  • Cannot be modified once published

  • Must be selected at the time of booking

Delivery occurs strictly within the selected Ad Schedule.


4. Booking Confirmation

A booking becomes binding when:

  • The order is confirmed through the platform, and

  • Sufficient wallet balance is available

We reserve the right to reject bookings at our discretion.


5. Pricing

All prices are stated in the applicable currency and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

Pricing may vary depending on:

  • Format

  • Duration

  • Placement

  • Availability

Prices may be updated at any time for future Ad Schedules.


6. Wallet & Payment

Placements are paid using your advertiser wallet.

Wallet funding is arranged separately and must be completed before booking.

Insufficient wallet balance may result in:

  • Booking rejection

  • Delayed activation

  • Loss of the selected Ad Schedule

7. Creative Materials

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials:

  • Comply with applicable laws

  • Respect intellectual property rights

  • Meet technical specifications

  • Do not contain misleading or unlawful content

We reserve the right to reject or request modification of materials.

Failure to meet material deadlines may affect delivery.


8. Delivery

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver placements in accordance with the selected Ad Schedule.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific performance outcomes

  • Sales uplift

  • Exact impression volumes unless explicitly agreed

Minor technical variations may occur.


9. Changes & Cancellation

Cancellation and modification rights depend on timing relative to booking and material deadlines.

After applicable deadlines:

  • Cancellation may not be permitted

  • Refunds may not be available

  • Wallet deductions may still apply

Approved adjustments may be made through credit notes or wallet balance adjustments.


10. Reporting

Reporting is provided in accordance with the Reporting & Measurement page.

All reported data is based on available tracking systems and operational records.

Reported figures are considered final unless demonstrably incorrect.


11. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your creative materials.

By submitting materials, you grant [Ad Shop] a non-exclusive right to:

  • Display

  • Distribute

  • Publish

the materials solely for the purpose of delivering the booked placement.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant placement

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.


13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Technical failures

  • System outages

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Events affecting retail operations


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].


15. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time.
